Underline effect in pdf file (in PERL)

Overview:
My requirement is to create a report using perl scripting in unix. This =
report has bold and underline effects. For this I am using HTML module =
in perl. After generating my html file I am converting this file into =
Post Script file (PS File) using HTML::FormtPS() of HTML module.
This Post Script file then converted into a PDF file by a tool called =
Dazel, which mails/prints the report to the respective destination.

Problem:
In the final PDF file the bold effect is proper, but it is not showing =
the underline where required rather the charecters became italicized.

Any solution is highly appriciated.
