RE: List index out of bounds (-1).

I am about 99.99% positive that closing Toad and deleting the appdata\Rule Sets folder will resolve the issue. It has been the case in all previously reported instances of this new tab LIOOB error in Toad 11. I was trying to get more information out of the user as to what they did during installation to assist with future cases. It would be helpful if the original poster would list the modified dates of the rule sets files. I know they said a new installation, but evidence shown in all previous cases revealed copied rule sets from another installation. This is the 4th or so case of this and we'll most certainly see more of them as more users upgrade.

I recall seeing this with a corrupted … was it keyboard? … file.  Deleting that file cleared up the issue for me.
