Let me guess, your pick lists are generated automatically by selecting
from dba_tab_columns? :)

Is there any special reason why the order of the columns is important?
Because according to relational theory - this does not matter. And while
it used to matter in pre-8i days, the order does not really make much
difference anymore - except maybe if you fall into one or two very rare
scenarios ....
