any alternative to pg-safeupdate for windows 10?

deletes, so can protect from accidental wholesale updates / deletes.

but i have not been able to install it on my windows 10 machine.

i've installed python 3.7, pgxnclient, but pgxnclient install safeupate
fails

does any one know other extensions with functionalities similar to
pg-safeupdate that can be installed on a windows postgresql environment?
