and for the end of the weekend yet another version ...

this time it contains:

* a fix for STACK:... and  ...:STACK entries ... they did not behave the
  same even though they should -- Alex

* Improved spacing at the left border of the graph ... aka less
  white space.

* and other small fixes ...
