* fix warnings about unused variables -- Alex
* fix y-axis numbering where no decimals were displayed
* fix rendering of color squares to work regardles of the font chosen
* fix EPS/SVG/PDF graphs (a big one) -- Peter Speck
* fix linking of RRDs perl bindings under Linux -- Alex
