rrdtool 1.2rc6 is out

RC6 is out ...

This release features:

* new/working configure switches
  --disable-perl
  --rrd-default-font=full_path

* when running on cygwin, configure will find $WINDIR/fonts/cour.ttf
  and use this as a default font.

* simplified drawing routines for improved stability and
  less stress to libart. This should do away with collinear
  bugs and artifacts.

* --color arguments work now with RRGGBB and RRGGBBAA arguments,
  complaining if you input something else.

* no librrd dependency check in Makefile.PL anymore, since shared
  libraries have different and unexpected names on different
  platforms.

* updated TODO file.
