announce rrdtool 1.2rc7

Folks,

another RC release ... with a long changelog.

* adjusted element spacing in graph

* full alpha support in generated png files (you can now produce
  pngs with semi transparent backgrounds )

* the --unis-length option is back

* even fewer colinear warnings

* stabilized --units-exponent option by jumping to alt-y-grid mode
  once the default autogrid can not cope with the data anymore.

* updated NEWS file in preparation for the 1.2 release (if you know
  a major change that I missed, please send a note)

* thanks to Alex van den Bogaerdt many documentation and tutorial
  updates.

* no more memory leaks in rrd_gfx (it was sort of like a sieve
  before).
