i read before, but it seems i misunderstood something.

the user test has dba rigth und user testuser1, testuser2 and so on 
should only have select, update, insert and delete in the tables owned 
by user test.

you are correkt with giving the select aso right to a group and add 
testuser1, testuser2 aso to this right.

but if i understand your sentence correct.

i can create an usergroup and add a dba user to that group. and non dba 
users to the same group ?

but this is not possible in the manual and not in sqlstudio
