[ Porting/Solaris-x86] ptoc_h dependen on ptoc_h

Hi,

Probably someone can help me, I just checked out a fresh tree, built the
TOOLSRC.

This happens with my "old" tree as well as with a very fresh one. Any idea
what happened between mid january (where it worked) and now concerning this
errors?
