Source Package Installation on Windows Platform

Then, the iuser.bat call in installsources.pl script fails. I follow the steps indicated on "SAP DB Development in Windows NT/Windows 2000" (http://www.sapdb.org/7.4/develop/dev_nt.htm) but I never obtains this SAPDB_DEV folder. Is there anybody who can help me ?
