setbuildinfo.pl?

I checked out the sources from CVS and run into this problem when trying to
build 7.4.4. Looks like the file gsp100.h needs to be processed by
setbuildinfo.pl, but I cannot find this script anywhere. Below is a snippet
from my initDev_SAPDB as after installsources.pl

[sapdb@tandetny V74_04_00]$ less initDev_SAPDB
RELVER=R<MAJOR_VERSION><MINOR_VERSION> export RELVER
CORRECTION_LEVEL=<CORRECTION_LEVEL> export CORRECTION_LEVEL

I believe setbuildinfo.pl should be added to tools or at least this is what
I managed to reason by comparing gsp100.h as is now and used to be.
