No.  We maintain a patched distribution at
http://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/ALPHA/freetds/stable.  It includes all
commits to the release branch to date.  (The system that updates patched
release is new and doesn't always detect when a new patched distribution
needs to be created, but what's there definitely includes the BLK patch.
