FreeTDS Dev-C++ compilation error?

Hello all,

I'm using: latest DevC++ installation  (that comes with MinGW32), windows
XP, freetds-0.82 (stable version).

I've downloaded the FreeTDS from the site, opened the Dev-c++ project and
tried to build it...

since I'm noobie to C++ (coming from Java), but what I can see from the
compile is the missing of a few header files.

any ideas?
