Vinh: Try modifying your odbc.ini to include an entry of the form: Address=<Serve rip Address> It looks like you are trying to connect to an instance of SQL Server, so the variable Server= should be set according to the odbc.ini documentation. Please review http://www.freetds.org/userguide/odbcconnattr.htm when you have a moment. FREETDS isn't necessarily needed to be defined right since freetds will look at the system's file and the home directory's file? Anywho, specifying FREETDS=~/.freetds.conf isql ... gives me the same error (ditto with the path in quotes for FREETDS). Thoughts?
