For "ED" on UV we're each partially right, partially wrong.

IB<space><enter> puts you in input mode  instead of inserting a blank 
line like it should, like I<space><enter> does.

But IB<space><space><enter> , does insert a <space>.  At some earlier 
release it don't think it did.  It did what IB<space><enter> should (but 
doesn't) do.

I suppose you want to quibble of over "the finest of 70's technology", too.
How about "Better than EDLIN".   We can probably agree on that.

Thank-you for the nit-picking.  I feel cleaner already.
