Practical to build system-wide ROX OOOO package?

I am interested in building a ROX package to install OxygenOffice, an 
extended OpenOffice variant.  If possible, I would like it to install 
for system-wide use a la ROX-Session, rather than being limited to one 
user's cache.  Is this very practical?  Are there serious pitfalls?  Can 
I do it from existing OxO binary distro files, or do I need to set up to 
compile it?
