Please can we have a new ROX-Lib release

Sorry if you see a similar message to this. I originally posted it from
another machine and it doesn't seem to got through.

Please could we have a new release of ROX-Lib? Most of the changes
since the last release are quite old now and are mostly bug fixes
rather than new features which need more testing.

I want to debianise more ROX components besides the filer, and ROX-Lib 
is an obvious one to start with.
