New release of ROX-Lib?

Please could we have a new release of ROX-Lib. Most of the changes since 
the last release are quite old now and are mostly bug fixes rather than 
new features which need more testing.

I want to debianise more ROX components besides the filer, and ROX-Lib 
is an obvious one to start with.
