I noticed that gnome-screensaver 0.26 only works with gnome-session which is a nuisance, because gnome-power-manager relies on gnome-screensaver and gnome-power-manager is very useful on laptops. I've ripped out the bits of gnome-session which activate gnome-screensaver and added them to ROX-Session. Actually to a child process called ROXIdleMonitor to reduce bloat in the core of ROX-Session for people who don't use gnome-screensaver. There are new versions of ROX-Session and the Screensaver configlet in subversion (see the SF project page for details), I'd appreciate it if somebody could give them a try before I release new tarballs. NB ROX-Session automatically starts gnome-screensaver if the option is set, but you should start gnome-power-manager by other means, eg XDGStart. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
