Can't compile ROX on Fedora 19

Two questions:

I installed zeroinstall, and finally figured out how to use it...but the 
downloads of Rox won't compile. As far as I can see the compiler is 
complaining about glib.h...which I have for gtk2 and gtk3.


I am using Rox by telling zeroinstall to run rather than compile, How exactly 
does this work?
