I had an issue with being unable to copy/paste graphic content with this 
plugin. it just blocked it.  so I removed it few months ago...

works fine for me, though it may prevent the panel to be resized down. 
At least I cannot make the panel where I have this plugin smaller than 
certain size...

the version from Jasper's page currently crashes with a recent build of 
the panel on Ubuntu Dapper... though it may be something to do with 
Dapper than the plugin itself. My xfce4-svn build on the stable Ubuntu 
Breezy is quite outdated.
