I took the liberty of creating a little demo:

everything is categorized and the links are wrong - I got bored
after some time :)

I am, sort of (at least I know my html/css/php - the visual design usually
remains questionable :), thus I'd offer my help. Plus I have some spare
time at hand.

I would also suggest to put the plugin information into a database (or
at least a text file) to keep the site maintainable. A textfile would
have the advantage for us not to need any kind of web-backend and user
management...

What do you (and the others) think of this?
