No x64 519 clients have been built and uploaded to pre-release yet. The 519 win32 client currently on pre-release is effectively just a refreshed 518 build. (The official 518 win32 build was made early in the 518 build cycle and is actually missing some of the CPU detection changes that finally made it in.)
