I would like to register the following /command names for the
mail/qconfirm package

 /command/qconfirm-cdb-check
 /command/qconfirm-cdb-update

The qconfirm-cdb-check program matches a sender mail address against a
constant database, and updates the corresponding timestamp in the cdb on
request.

The qconfirm-cdb-update program conditionally transfers known sender
address ids from a qconfirm directory into a constant database, and
removes ids with older timestamps from the cdb on request.
