I would like to register the following /command names for the
mail/qconfirm package

 /command/qconfirm-inject
 /command/qconfirm-notice

The qconfirm-inject program sets return-path and message-id so that
delivery notifications are handled through qconfirm-notice and
followups can be noticed by qconfirm-check-mid, and runs qmail-inject.
The qconfirm-notice program handles delivery notifications for mail
injected through qconfirm-inject.
