ftp access denied

Have a problem, just installed publicfiles, and the http works file. I can
also ftp within my LAN, but if accessing ftp outside, I get access
denied.

Any thoughts, or help. Port 21 is open on the firewall. 

Connected to mygirlfriday.info (64.198.58.115).

Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> ls

425 Sorry, I couldn't accept a connection: access denied.


Inside my LAN, all works like it should.

Name (192.168.0.20:df): df
