putting a counter

Hi all,

I have shifted my site to a publicfile server (http://payal.staticky.com).
But I haven't found a way to put a counter and guestbook there. I am
still using geocities guestbook. Is there any way I can put a simple
counter or any kinda stat collecting mechanism and a guestbook which is
supported by publicfile itself.
