I'd also be interested in a library version of the sigs code, and have
been frustrated by its current structure as simply a set of command-line
utilities that are difficult to integrate into a larger program.  I had
been hoping that djb's planned rewrite would have been done already, but
am about to begin implementing some code around OpenSSL's libcrypt RSA or
DSA methods instead.
