Well... it seems to be a dietlibc related problem, particular to my
timezone... weird... I recompiled using glibc and the problem
vanished. Gerrit Pape is studying the problem...

Check this out.. America/Asuncion works fine, while
America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires (or America/Buenos_Aires for that
matter) doesn't.

BEFORE RECOMPILING:
