Since I have no Windows in this box, it is set to UTC... OTOH, Gerrit
Pape <[email protected]> (the maintainer of the Debian package) just
answered that there might be a strange problem with the diet libc he
used and my specific timezone (he got the same error with mine and it
worked ok with another timezone).

I'll probably recompile until he gets around this problem.
