I think it might be vaporware at this point. The website
(http://cr.yp.to/zeroseek.html) doesn't say anything about it other
than "zeroseek maintains a fast, reliable journal on disk."

I found an archive for this mailing list, though; it was last posted
on in November when someone asked the same question as you.
