yes. The two classes above in particular were basically a rewrite
from scratch. I'm now cleaning up the ptree API to separate ptree
manipulation from code generation.

they are, but

a) the mail service had been screwed for a couple of months
    so nothing went out from the machine at all (this was fixed only
    very recently)
b) on large checkins the notification is rejected because it
    is larger than the size limit.
