Forum Moderation

While I have kept silent in the past. Recent postings made the changes 
from an open to a moderated forum necessary.
Everytime irrelevant, plain stupid, or otherwise inappropriate postings 
appear on this list, users unsubscribe in the double digits.
I receive plenty of junk-mail myself and understand the decision of 
many to withdraw from this forum - the number of actively subscribed 
members have now dropped below 300 for the 1st time in many months.
To prevent complete self-destruction, all messages are read before 
distributed.
As a quick reminder: "This list interactively accompanies the 
CarlsbadCubes.com Website. It should be used to discuss ideas and 
technologies introduced on the website or other related issues."
Considering this, I really couldn't care less about the number of times 
it took Eric to understand the sample code or if he feels happy now.
