Ø is it possible with only one compilation and different rc files, launch bochs in 486 and pentium emulation? Of course it is, this is “default” mode. When compiling --enable-cpu-level=5 you get Pentium (with or without MMX) When compiling --enable-cpu-level=4 you get 486 Ø I was able to find out where the rc config file is being processed but I can't find where does it instantiate all the hardware peripheral (e.g. PIC, PCI, RAM, etc) All is done through config.cc and paramtree. You need to ask Volker for more details. Hello everyone, I need to modify bochs source code in order to add some peripheral to match it with my targer board. I was able to find out where the rc config file is being processed but I can't find where does it instantiate all the hardware peripheral (e.g. PIC, PCI, RAM, etc) Also I would like to know... is it possible with only one compilation and different rc files, launch bochs in 486 and pentium emulation?
