Debugger improvements

I have made several improvements in the debugger. I have fixed several
issues with proper handling of 64-bit addresses, and added support for 64
bit symbols. I have added several symbol lookups and rewritten info tab to
walk PAE tables.

I would like these improvements to be merged into the project. How should I
proceed?
