    It is IBM's job to decide to enforce or not to
 enforce their licenses, but publicly asking the
 poster about their license is often needed before
 anyone will help.

    It was a simple question.  No discussion was needed.
 Some poster might not think to mention that they have a
 license every time that they ask a question.  My post
 could have been phrased better, should not get me banned:

    Calm down.  Don't sweat the small stuff.  Let some
 control freaks spend their time trying to find some
 reason to find someone to ban.  There is much more
 important work to be done.
