On Topic - Copyright Stuff

    I'm not a mouthpiece and don't know IBM's intent.
 I do know that IBM has had and still has no-charge
 software and products.  If IBM offers something for
 down load and you request me to get a copy for you,
 I'll refuse and point you to their web site.
 If someone I'm working with needs a copy of the
 same software, I'll down load it, unzip it, install
 it, and do whatever is needed so they can use it.
 I believe that both actions are legal, but I really
 don't know.

    For old obsolete historical no-charge software,
 I believe that there is no problem to continue to
 redistribute it as has been done for at least 30
 years that I know about.
