Well, at least IBM did not attack the community, just the for-profit 
company.  Of course, putting emulator in quotes could be interpreted as 
a dig at Hercules itself but they did not accuse the community of 
stealing IBM IP.  I guess it is only stealing when you try to make money 
from it which then represent economic loss.

Just opinion.
