3.13 is the "official"  *stable* version from Roger Bowler, the
original author of Hercules.

It was built in 2017.

Hyperion is a "branch" / version of the original Hercules.

3.07 is "ancient".   I don't even have a copy anymore, don't know what
the date is on it.
