 Update!
 

 Adding a CLPA to my IEASYSxx parmlib member did the trick.  Cliff had suggested it and when I checked my parmlib member, I noticed that it wasn't there.  My bad!!  When I acquired this system, I never checked to see if it was specified.  In my production shops I always included it, so never thought to check.  I have implemented the changes you've suggested anyway as I like to keep things clean in my startups.
