  Dude.  Seriously.  I'm not taking sides here, but even I can figure this out.  It's a multi-platform single-user OS patterned after MS-DOS and written primarily in C.  The mainframe port of this OS is being developed under Hercules.  I think he has been pretty clear about all of this, don't you?
