I've explained this already. What don't you
understand about it? It runs certain MVS load
modules unchanged, but presents an
MSDOS look (to some extent). E.g. load
modules have a ".EXE" extension (they
are actually IEBCOPY unloads) and there
is a "dir" command that lists the contents
of the VTOC. The "IO gen" equivalent is
called config.sys and it is a copy of the
Hercules config file.
