 Thanks for the suggestion.  I had the same problem when I was running z/OS 1.10 and was able to resolve it, but can't for the life of me remember how I did.  SMH!!  As for the HOMETEST, I have not been able to resolve it.  Since I have pretty much the IP access I need, I haven't really pursued it.  However, I will cuz I can't stand not having something working!!!
