 This will be the last message submitted in this topic, and it should be treated as a alternate FAQ and knowledge base. My connection is now working ( ping google.com from tso is ok ), however, since my router doesn't support port forwarding, then, I cannot have console access from the internet. But that is another story. With the help of Brian, to whom I thank on this channel, like I said, the configuration is ok, and I would like to put down here my settings, should they help some other mainframe trainee or not. 
 192.168.0.80 Windows adapter IP / 192.168.0.122 Herc/Zos.

console connection to 127.0.0.1/3270 OK by default. Connection to 192.168.0.120/23 blocked by AVG. OK after disabling it ( still working out rules ) AND restarting resolver with appropriate GLOBALTCPIPDATA,TCPDATA and IPNODES assigned to startup, such as ( before altering ) , /F RESOLVER,DISPLAY :
