WinPCap is specifically based on NDIS 5.0 which is a deprecated interface,
and thus can be removed at any time by MS without notice. The current NDIS
spec is 6.82.

Thats why riverbed stopped development of WinPCap ... they didnt want to
spend the investment to update to NDIS 6.x
