Yes, I experienced it even with Hercules/380 3.07.

I would never use the word "definitely" on
anything to do with computers, but in this
case you are correct, the problem has
gone away.

So now I move on to my next problem,
the long delays in the IPL process, which
I will post in H390-MVS.
