HercGUI interface

Dear HercGUI happy users, 
 

 I have a little question. If I have configured 4 CPU's in the settings tab, I do not see the CPU activity on the graphical tab ? Also, it seems that the HMC command interface is greyed out ? the target dir is set to the fiolder where the Herc executables are. 
 Has anyone seen this before ?
