I suspect it is a covert attempt to entice you into helping with what one person suggested as a name of "FISHNET" - a modern day reincarnation of IBM's VNET of interconnecting MVS NJE and VM RSCS systems, perhaps also DECNET, over TCP/IP instead of the old bisync comunication backbone.

 Or, it could be a simple mistake of a post in the wrong forum.
