HHC01461E x:yyyy device already exists

Starting Hercules version 4.2.1.9826-SDL-g9b5cbe3d (4.2.1.9826), and before
IPLing any OS,  the following messages appear but no duplicated entry was
found in the config file:

 

HHC00414I 0:2100 CKD file d:/devices/herc/xyzsys.dev3: model 3390-3 cyls
3339 heads 15 tracks 50085 trklen 56832
HHC00414I 0:2120 CKD file d:/devices/herc/xyzres.dev9: model 3390-9 cyls
10017 heads 15 tracks 150255 trklen 56832
HHC01461E 0:2100 device already exists
HHC01461E 0:2120 device already exists


 

It seems like trying to do something with the control units 2100 and 2120,
not the devices itself.

There are many devices 21xx defined but only these two are displayed with
HHC01461E
